Simulation-based, remote training
for the development of
communication

InStage Immersive Sessions

InStage remote-training Sessions simulate communication experiences.

The Session Participant is live, and actively doing something like delivering a pitch, answering an objection, doing an interview.

At the same time, the Session Host is controlling the sequence of events and the outcomes.

Session Observers can optionally attend and engage with the scenario events.

InStage Session Roles Detail

For our Hosts,

InStage is a training tool that gives the power to deploy live-simulation training to remote participants.

Using a modern desktop computer, webcam and a stable internet connect the InStage host can create a online training session for 1 to 100+ live participants.

The Host has the power to simultaneously (and easily!) control  up to 9 characters on a individual level and on a group level, of up to 100 characters

This allows for a new level of diversity in training and variety for the participants & observers.

The InStage scenario will handle the bulk of the ‘role playing’, data collection and overall logistics. The InStage host is free to evaluate and asses in real time.

Host’s have ability to easily stream a session online for the benefit of countless observers.

1. Spend less time reviewing notes and completing post-training evaluations that are required in traditional training formats. With InStage, the training and evaluation is done at once, during the session.

2. Interns, co-op students and Jr level employees can be trained in less than 2 hours to run a high quality InStage training session.

InStage hosts can cloud record sessions and review automatically generated data in real time or after the fact.

During a live session, the InStage Host has access to analytics.

The same InStage scenario can be run by different hosts in different locations and the experience will remain largely the same the for the participant and observers.

Participant data can be compared between sessions and between different hosts.

For our Participants,

InStage is a training tool that provides the safe-but-realistic practice ground required for rapid development.

Using a modern browser for Video Conference Mode or compatible VR equipment for VR mode, you can practice and learn from the safety and comfort of your own home.

Compare results across sessions, on a variety of speech metrics

Fun training boosts engagement and helps learning outcomes.

For our Observers,

InStage is a training tool that provides a live example that can be learned from.

Instead of just watching another ‘Zoom Video’, InStage Observers can participate in polls, make personal evaluations, vote toward sequence outcomes and give the participant friendly ‘claps’.
